OUR SHIPPING POLICY

We try and ship all product within 48 hours of your order. All orders should get a confirmation that we received your order by email. For orders that are parcel size you will be emailed the tracking number when the order is shipped. If you have any questions about your order then please email us whenever you want at info@visualorgasm.com .

Canada

Shipments take between 3-6 business days. If you are in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba it should take 3 business days to get there. East of those provinces will take 5-6 business days. If your order contains spray paint then we ship by Fedex which takes 2-6 business days.

United States

Shipments take between 6-12 business days. When applicable we ship small packet air mail for quicker delivery. On all larger orders we ship expedited parcel by Canada post. At this time we do not ship spray paint to the United States.

International

For all international orders you should contact us at info@visualorgasm.com to confirm possible shipping options and prices to your country.

OUR RETURN POLICY

If your order is damaged or incorrect then please email us at info@visualorgasm.com and let us know as soon as possible. We will only consider returned items if you email us before hand. We ask you pay to return the items to us and we will give you a full refund or exchange the product.

If you give us an incorrect address and we ship the items there will be a charge of $25 to ship the items again. Please make sure you give us the correct address.

BILLING

All sales are in Canadian dollars so if you are ordering with a paypal or credit card account from a different country other than Canada then please be aware that the price charged might be different depending on the exchange rate at time of transaction.
